Overview
JSG is interested in speaking with Maintenance Engineers with PLC, Boiler, and HVAC experience. This is a long-term contract opportunity with our top client in Elkhorn, NB. Pay is $40/hr with 40+ hrs weekly and some weekends. Responsibilities
Respond and assist in recovery and repair of utilities and production equipment. Troubleshoot failed electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components using basic and advanced problem-solving techniques; knowledge of test equipment up to predictive maintenance tools. Complete assigned preventative maintenance actions per OEM standards and engineering specifications, including minor and major overhauls, calibration, inspections, cleaning, and lubrication. Perform basic and advanced corrective action repairs to support safety, quality, and equipment reliability. Perform fabrication tasks using shop equipment (mills, lathes, drill press, welding). Utilize SAP or other CMMS to review work, generate work requirements, and document completion. Qualifications
3+ years of maintenance experience (Boilers, HVAC, PLC electrical controls) Experience with SAP preferred Experience with hydraulic/pneumatics, test equipment (amp meter, megger); familiarity with NFPA 70, NFPA 70E and CMMS and control systems Preferred: Arch Flash, 3rd grade boilers Certifications from Nebraska for OSHA, and/or Journeyman electrician or HVAC license Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Please apply if you are ready to work ASAP with a fast-growing company.
