As an entry level Probabilistic Risk Assessment Engineer, I (PRA), you will perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for nuclear power plant systems evaluating a plant's potential vulnerability to all risk and hazard types like seismic, fire, and flooding. You will report to the Senior Manager for Risk Analysis. You will work hybrid based in Cranberry Woods, PA.
Responsibilities
Assess domestic and international operating plants, and new reactors in design phase Review plant operating procedures, system/layout documents like piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and cable routes to understand plant systems and operation Database management and data analysis tasks using a variety of tools Present technical topics and interface with global customers and regulatory bodies Partner w/ global project teams contributing to technical scope, execution, meetings and financial goals
Qualifications
0+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Nuclear Minimum 3.0 GPA Desire to earn Professional Engineer in Training (EIT) license 10% travel availability to domestic or international customer sites
