Staff Electrical Engineer . Our focus is on creating world-class system solutions for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), delivering high-quality, high-performance robotic systems for various drone industry applications. Responsibilities include: Leading high-level electrical system design for products like drones, gimbals, or ground control stations. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to decompose product requirements into system architectures and engineering specifications. Managing and integrating subsystem designs from other electrical engineers to ensure a robust system. Driving design ownership and quality to produce optimal products. Work Environment:
In-office with 1 day/week remote; reports to the Director of Electrical Engineering. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 11–15 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in electronics design, embedded systems, or aerospace/UAS sectors. Expertise in high-density interconnect (HDI) PCB technology, high-speed serial communication buses, Power Integrity, and Signal Integrity. Proficiency in Altium Designer and laboratory test equipment. Physical and Background Requirements:
Ability to work in lab and office environments, lift up to 25 pounds, and pass a background check. Additional Information:
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR/EAR regulations; E-Verify participation required. Job Details:
