The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, drywall installation/repair, and trim work, delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and taping. Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and trim with precision. Install, repair, and finish drywall, including mudding and taping. Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, and baseboards for a polished look. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in painting, drywall, and trim work (preferred but not required). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required – we offer a bi-quarterly tool bonus!
