What You’ll Be Doing Lead the scheduling and coordination of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities Collaborate with Maintenance and Quarry Managers to align resources and timelines Drive weekly planning across purchasing, inventory, and contractor activities Generate and analyze reports on KPIs and maintenance performance Support the execution of repairs, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues What You’ll Bring Maintenance planning or scheduling experience in a heavy industrial or mining setting Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance processes (e.g., SAP or similar) Strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities Clear communicator, confident liaising across technical and finance teams Comfortable working in demanding environments (e.g., heat, noise, confined spaces) Who This Suits You’re a highly organized planner who thrives in industrial operations and knows how to prioritize high-impact maintenance work.
