The Data Product Manager (PM) position is responsible for delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Within their designated enterprise product line, PMs focus on delivering incremental value by driving product changes and working closely with a team of developers, designers, and business partners. They support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, and support cross‑functional product teams.
Key Responsibilities
40% Strategy & Planning – Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy; identify metrics and analytics; conduct end user research; partner with Finance; monitor competitive landscape.
30% Delivery & Execution – Align product with stakeholder priorities; document quality standards; test and refine hypotheses; prioritize and accept user stories; make daily product decisions; participate in stand‑ups and retrospectives.
30% People – Foster collaboration with engineering and design; serve as a proponent of modern software practices; advocate for the end user; manage stakeholder expectations; communicate strategy across all levels.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Legally permitted to work in the United States.
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development based enterprise environment.
Experience with Customer Data Platform tools (Adobe AEP, Adobe RTCDP).
Demonstrated experience with agile and modern software practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Experience conducting user research, competitive analysis, and metrics‑based product decisions.
