Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours to join our Rising Stars program as aBehavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern). Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $30.00/hr What We Offer

As a BT or RBT ready to embark on a meaningful journey and take your career to new heights, you will work as a BCBA Intern and be an integral part of our team, guided by our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include: Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) All Restricted hours completed Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting Shaping the minds of ke ddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old) Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of colleagues who share ABC’s core values Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated eligibility as a BT or RBT with supervision hours toward BCBA certification Enrollment in an accredited master’s program related to behavior analysis or a closely related field Ability to provide early intervention therapy and collect data as part of treatment plans Additional benefits and details are provided upon hire.
