Pay Range -
Pay range depends on experience and highest level of education High School Diploma No experience - starting at $16 4,000 hours of ASD experience - starting at $20 RBT certified - starting at $21 Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, child development, social work, Special Ed) No experience - starting at $20 RBT certified - starting $21 Master's Degree - Are you obtaining your masters in ABA? No cost supervision hours Paid Restricted and Unrestricted Hours Some Responsibilities Include: Provide center-based services Ability to work with families and children with diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures and economic status. Collect data for ABA programming. Completes daily notes at the end of all sessions. Communicate with caregiver and other supports Remain in constant communication with BCBA Attend supervision meetings with BCBA Assist with program development Performs other special projects and additional duties as assigned Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED Certification: Registered Behavioral Technician certification (RBT) - preferred Reliable transportation Other Requirements:
Outgoing with high energy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management skills are a must. Physical Requirements : Able to sustain impact to the body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area. Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time. Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes. Full range of motion of hands and arms. Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time. Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Move quickly from sitting to standing Pass clinical background check CPR/First aid within first 30 days of employment Certification: Registered Behavioral Technician certification (RBT) - preferred Reliable transportation Take the next step in making a meaningful difference as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
