Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
with a proven background in managing large-scale
commercial general contracting projects . This role requires strong leadership, detailed project management skills, and the ability to successfully deliver complex vertical construction projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a detailed portfolio of completed
ground-up commercial projects
and demonstrate a track record of success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Residential-only backgrounds will not be considered. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Provide direction in business judgment, financial performance, and profitability of assigned projects.
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure project profitability.
Establish project milestones and assign qualified staff to support successful execution.
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring collaboration and client satisfaction.
Maintain a visible presence on job sites, ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, and financial goals are met.
Mentor, coach, and support project teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
Accurately forecast and report project performance to senior leadership.
Drive project closeouts with precision, ensuring all documentation, financials, and relationships are successfully completed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct reports may include Project Managers, Project Engineers, MEP Coordinators, and Superintendents. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
with an emphasis on vertical builds.
Demonstrated success managing mid-to-large scale projects ($20M+ preferred) in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, education, corporate, or industrial.
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
