We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks across our facilities. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong working knowledge of multiple trades to ensure our base remains safe, clean, and fully operational. Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Key Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose common issues with equipment and facilities, and either resolve them or escalate more complex problems to the appropriate specialist. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems, and implement preventative measures. Work Order Management: Respond to and complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, and assist in maintaining a safe work environment for everyone. Tool & Equipment Management: Maintain and care for all tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition and properly stored. Desired Qualifications: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a general maintenance or similar role. Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is essential. Technical Skills: Proven ability to use a variety of hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow technical instructions. Leadership: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Certification: A valid driver's license is required. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Requires the ability to stand, walk, climb, and stoop for extended periods.
