Quality Manager
to oversee inspection processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure every product meets or exceeds customer expectations. You'll be a great fit if you : Lead inspection and testing of production parts and services Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards (AS9100D) Prepare and manage inspection documentation for conformance and shipment Organize inspection workflows to meet delivery deadlines Train and guide inspection personnel on tools, gauges, and methodologies Track and validate inspection checkpoints throughout production Contain and evaluate non-conforming products; lead customer reviews for deviations Support root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions Develop and execute annual continuous improvement goals What you get: 10 Paid Holidays Service-Based PTO Gainsharing Exciting, fast-paced environment On-site Fitness Center & Medical Clinic Weekly Pay Performance Merit Raises Climate Controlled Environment Free Employee Coffee Requirements What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or quality management 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience with leadership responsibilities Strong communication and team leadership skills Familiarity with AS9100D and ISO 9001 standards Proficiency in inspection tools, statistical analysis, and quality software Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lead Auditor preferred Detail-oriented mindset with a drive for process optimization Trace-A-Matic provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
