Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Nuclear Quality Assurance Senior Auditor responsible for internal and external oversight activities supporting the implementation of the SHINE ANSI/ANS 15.8 Quality Assurance Program. The role also involves supporting the Diagnostics division in implementing quality procedures and establishing nuclear quality assurance requirements. Salary The base salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home with a presence in our Janesville office. Responsibilities Lead or participate in audits and surveillances, including planning, execution, and reporting. Review and evaluate audits, assessments, and surveys conducted by external agencies. Maintain the approved supplier list. Support the development and revision of Quality Assurance procedures. Work with engineering, construction, procurement, licensing, and operations teams to ensure quality activities are properly implemented. Obtain and maintain lead auditor status. Participate in industry and regulator activities related to nuclear quality assurance. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field, or equivalent experience such as a Senior Reactor Operator License. At least 5 years of nuclear quality assurance experience. Current or previous Audit Team Leader certification. Knowledge of ANSI/ANS-15.8 and/or ASME NQA-1 standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Physical and Working Conditions Frequent physical activities including bending, stooping, and reaching. Moderate physical activity, ability to handle objects up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods. Exposure to environmental elements and safety hazards, following safety protocols.
