Manufacturing Technician

Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications: High School Diploma Experience with power deburr/edge break tools (air and electric) and their attachments (carbide burrs, flex hones, cartridge rolls, unitized points, etc.) Proficient with manual deburr tools (deburr knives, countersinks, files, etc.) Ability to interpret technical information and perform detailed deburr and edge break operations on engine components (Aerospace/Defense) Strong mechanical and component assembly skills Experience in production engine assembly or rebuilding Experience with CNC machinery Familiarity with written instructions such as engineering blueprints, SOPs, and physical samples Mechanical inspection skills, including reading blueprints and assembly experience Experience with measuring equipment like micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and go/no-go gauges Responsibilities: Complete all final manual operations and inspections before delivering manufactured components Utilize hand and pneumatic tools effectively Perform blending and deburring, especially in areas that cannot be machined, handling sharp edges safely Wash and clean components such as cylinder blocks and heads Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail Work with various materials including aluminum and steel Handle and finish cylinder blocks, heads, and small parts
