Deburr Technician

Benefits: Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications: High School Diploma Experience with power deburr/edge break tools (air and electric) and their attachments (carbide burrs, flex hones, cartridge rolls, unitized points, etc.) Proficient with manual deburr tools (deburr knives, countersinks, files, etc.) Ability to interpret information and perform detailed deburr and edge break operations (Aerospace/Defense) on engine components Strong mechanical and component assembly skills Experience in production engine assembly or rebuilding CNC machinery experience Experience reading written instructions (physical samples, engineering blueprints, SOPs) Mechanical inspection skills and ability to read blueprints Experience with measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, go/no-go gauges) Responsibilities: Complete final manual operations and inspections before delivering components Use hand and pneumatic tools effectively Work with sharp edges, blending, and deburring, especially in areas that can't be machined Wash and clean cylinder blocks, heads, tools, and components as needed Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Work with materials like aluminum and steel Handle and finish cylinder blocks, heads, and small parts
