with potential to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs. What You Will Do
Perform precision mechanical assembly of small UAS platforms and subassemblies Conduct electrical assembly, including soldering and wiring Support component/assembly testing Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly or integration issues with engineering support Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop in accordance with ESD and safety protocols Support continuous improvement in assembly processes and documentation What We're Looking For
Experience with mechanical and/or electrical assembly Proficiency in soldering and wiring for small electronics Familiarity with 3D printing, drones, UAS, robotics, or RC systems strongly preferred Ability to read and follow technical assembly instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment Compensation
$25 - $35 an hour. Estimated salary range. Compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. Location and Compliance
