Technical Sales Engineer for Global Automotive Key Account at Henkel. Demonstrate technical expertise as subject matter expert in the adhesives, sealants, and thermal interface materials space. Manage sales projects through all project phases from requirements collection, material candidate selection, material and application trials, to serial supply upon successful business nomination. Initiate and lead sales projects with strong project management, communication and technical skills. Prepare and execute technical customer meetings and project reviews. Deliver material candidates’ properties and test results to customer engineers and translate feedback into next steps and follow-up actions. Define work packages (material tests, application trials, reports, etc.) for technical support teams. Coordinate input from cross-functional resources (Application Engineering, Product Development, Product Line Management, etc.). Provide urgent support to critical issues as they arise. Listen to customer needs and translate requirements into future product development and account strategies, in alignment with the Global Key Account Manager and BDMs. Identify new leads and opportunities through proactive promotion of Henkel Adhesive Technologies solutions portfolio. Be an integral part of a dynamic key account team and drive the strategic partnership with the OEM to the next level. What Makes You a Good Fit

5+ years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably in adhesives and/or thermal technologies. Experience with automotive e-mobility and electronics components is a plus. Engineering background (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.). Degree in Materials Science or Chemistry considered with strong commercial acumen. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and adapt to changes and challenges. High commitment to thrive in fast-paced environments with a results-driven mindset. Excellent external/internal communication and follow-ups. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips. Benefits
