Serve as a subject matter expert in adhesives, sealants, and thermal interface materials Manage sales projects through all phases from requirements collection to serial supply Prepare and conduct technical customer meetings and project reviews Define work packages for technical support teams and orchestrate input from cross-functional resources Drive new business opportunities and enhance strategic partnerships with key accounts Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably in adhesive and/or thermal technologies Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry Strong project management skills and stakeholder management capabilities Ability to adapt and operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips Preferred Qualifications
