As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in managing electrical and instrumentation engineering efforts for offshore brownfield projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions while efficiently managing workshare with remote offices. Lead and oversee all electrical and instrumentation engineering activities from concept through execution and closeout Manage multidisciplinary teams across global locations to deliver project scope efficiently Develop engineering deliverables including P&IDs, control system architectures, datasheets, and specifications in compliance with project and regulatory standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers Collaborate with project managers to define scopes, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors to resolve technical issues and obtain approvals Participate in safety reviews such as HAZOP and SIL assessments Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to recommend optimal solutions Support procurement by reviewing vendor proposals and ensuring compliance with specifications Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility in all engineering activities Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required for the role. Willing to consider candidates who are willing and qualified to test for the PE certification within 6 months of employment Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in offshore oil and gas projects Proven expertise in control system design and offshore production facility systems Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with industry standards and regulations including API, ISO, and OSHA About Us
