Overview
Mechanical Applications Engineer - Design & Customer Interface is a full-time, on-site role located in Richfield, WI. Primary focus is technical engineering support for customers and collaboration with sales teams. Responsibilities
Spend 30% of time on the telephone with customers (approximately 20–25 calls daily) to understand needs and provide technical guidance. Apply engineering knowledge to company products to meet customer requirements. Investigate customer needs and solve problems through technical solutions and proposals. Analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate alternative proposals to the sales team. Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and virtual channels. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including 2+ years supporting industrial sales. Strong phone communication skills with customers. US citizen or Green Card holder. Residence within a 45-minute drive of Richfield, WI. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to engage with customers on the phone. Experience with heat transfer is a plus. Job Details
