We’re seeking a results-driven
Continuous Improvement Engineer
to lead Lean initiatives and support ongoing transformation efforts within a growing manufacturing organization. This role focuses on eliminating waste, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across production and support functions. Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, 5S practices, and Lean Daily Management activities. Partner with operations teams to implement Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Kanban, and SMED. Support process optimization projects that improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Coach and develop team members on Lean principles. Track performance metrics and sustain improvements through visual management and accountability systems. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred) 3–5 years of experience applying Lean/Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and hands-on facilitation skills. Value Stream Mapping experience (REQUIRED) Manufacturing floor background highly preferred Tiered Accountability Board or similar experience preferred Regular travel to other sites nationwide (50%) Seniority level
