We’re partnering with a reputable and growing Commercial General Contractor in Houston that is looking to bring an experienced Superintendent on board to manage and deliver a range of exciting projects. About the Company: This Houston-based GC has built a strong reputation across the region, delivering exceptional projects in the K-12, Healthcare, Office, Retail, and Interior sectors. They pride themselves on quality, collaboration, and long-term partnerships with both clients and employees. The Role: As Superintendent, you’ll play a key leadership role on-site—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be managing subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control, all while maintaining strong communication with the project team and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Background in K-12, Healthcare, Offices, Retail, or Interior build-outs Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and OSHA safety regulations Proven ability to manage field operations and lead subcontractor teams effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Join This Team?
