With a strong reputation for excellence and a collaborative team culture, they’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects from the ground up. The Role: As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing all onsite construction activities and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to bring each project to successful completion. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up commercial projects. Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and project logistics. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and communication. Lead onsite meetings, resolve field issues, and maintain detailed daily reports. Foster a professional and productive work environment on site. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects. Experience across K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Government, or Industrial sectors preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols. Demonstrated record of good tenure with previous employers.
