Implement SHM, detecting and eliminating operational risks, without any impact to end customer Implement TO-BE process Identify delta between AS-IS and TO-BE process and mandatory upgrade in the TO-BE solution with CORE and COTS approach Provide local information required to eWInS team Define settings for new solution Make data conversion for new SHM system (refer to Data preparation catalog) Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests Train end users to new process and new solution Conduct local organization and processes changes Execute assigned actions required for the deployment Support end users at go live Develop basic skills for the following SHM modules: Wire prep, See-EED, Data loading, SPM, Build process/Launcher, Work Instructions, Electrical Test Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture Regular, predictable attendance is required Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience: Requires 5 or more years experience in manufacturing and/or quality processes, preferably in Aerospace Electrical Harness Operations or a Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 1 to 3 years Experience in engineering processes Knowledge/Skills: English written and oral - Expert/Fluent; Computer Skills - Advanced; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Outlook) – Advanced; Knowledge wiring engineering data – Advanced; Strong knowledge on local business processes and organization – Advanced; Ability to build strategic working relationships at all levels of the organization – Advanced; Ability to communicate, verbally and written, to internal and external customers – Advanced; Analytical skills – Advanced; Capacity to document/specify (quality oriented) – Advanced; Adaptability skills – Advanced; Knowledge with SHM – preferred Across all team members, desired attributes: Innovative & Curious; Collaborative & Inclusive; Committed to Safety; Trustworthy; Results Focused; Driven to Excellence; Powered by Teamwork Relocation: Relocation assistance is not offered for this position What we offer
