As a Service Engineer at SOLPLANET (AISWEI), you will provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and customers, assist with commissioning, and collaborate with international and local teams to resolve issues. Who We Are

Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and other customers via phone or digital channels. Provide commissioning support (remote or on-site). Actively collaborate with international and local colleagues/departments to resolve customer issues. Plan and coordinate logistics to dispatch inverters for replacement and assist in collecting inverters. Support the qualification, onboarding and management of new service partners. Accurately document all relevant case information using CRM software. Deliver training sessions to customers or internal colleagues. Identify opportunities to improve products and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. Regularly collect customer feedback to help improve the after-sales process. Requirements
Bachelor or higher technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar. Business fluency in Italian and English. In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers for distribution and/or utility-scale, including product specs, grid code requirements, tender requirements, etc. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Quick learner with a desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry. Prior experience in a PV-related industry is advantageous but not required. Your Attributes
