Qualifications Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, business correspondence, instructions, procedures and guidelines Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, suppliers and customers Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines Able to work flexible hours supporting three (3) shifts Able to calculate figures and amounts Excellent understanding of personal computers and MS Office, CMS and customer supplied software Must be able to understand written instructions Education And Experience Required High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred minimum requirement and 5+ years of experience in Material Warehouse Management required Experience in the automotive industry preferred Candidate should have in-depth knowledge Material flow process, Lean, Continuous improvement and excellent organizational skills. Prior demonstrated experience using personal computers in a work environment including Excel and Word software Work Environment Includes office and manufacturing plant Must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees of all departments, management, customers and suppliers Provide support for three shifts and weekend production schedule Flexible hours and able to work additional hours as required Awareness, Unity, Empowerment At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
