Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:**## Qualifications* Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction* Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, business correspondence, instructions, procedures and guidelines* Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, suppliers and customers* Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact* Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations* Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines* Able to work flexible hours supporting three (3) shifts* Able to calculate figures and amounts* Excellent understanding of personal computers and MS Office, CMS and customer supplied software* Must be able to understand written instructions## *Education and Experience Required** High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred minimum requirement and 5+ years of experience in Material Warehouse Management required* Experience in the automotive industry preferred* Candidate should have in-depth knowledge Material flow process, Lean, Continuous improvement and excellent organizational skills.* Prior demonstrated experience using personal computers in a work environment including Excel and Word software## Work Environment* Includes office and manufacturing plant* Must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees of all departments, management, customers and suppliers* Provide support for three shifts and weekend production schedule* Flexible hours and able to work additional hours as required## ## ****Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:****At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
