The Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Microelectronics Center (NGMC) is seeking a Manager 3, Global Supply Chain Manager. The position will be located in Linthicum, MD and/or Annapolis Junction, MD supporting the MD&A Business Unit. This position reports to the Restricted Programs Global Supply Chain Director. The Global Supply Chain Manager 3 requires strong leadership, excellent communications, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring future leaders, directing training and skill development, and promoting engagement and inclusion activities. Ability to influence up and down the chain of command and a proven track record of innovation and problem solving are required. Key focus areas include strategy, planning, and execution of material and services content for a Program or collection of Programs. Serve as the primary focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain, coordinating cross-functionally to meet commitments and develop mitigation plans for supplier-related risks. Lead material strategy and activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP). Ensure program plans include complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement/subcontracts strategies. Lead supply chain program execution with accountability for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and issue resolution. Brief PMO and executive management on cost and schedule status and issues. Responsibilities

Act as the primary Global Supply Chain interface to the MDA Program Office, Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Mission Assurance on all program scope aspects. Manage proposals, production planning, and execution of programs while addressing cost, schedule, performance, and quality issues. Serve as the key point of contact for senior leadership on contract and program matters. Provide oversight for GSC activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and obligations. Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and collaboration across supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering or program management. Provide guidance on complex agreements (e.g., long-term, teaming, MOAs, terms and conditions, claims). Oversee employee development, performance management, and engagement activities. Lead and cultivate teamwork and effective communication in fast-paced environments. Prepare executive-level briefings and present to leadership. Influence culture and drive change with attention to detail and quick learning of new processes. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of Supply Chain experience or Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in team leadership or direct people management. US Citizenship Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance Preferred Qualifications

Experience with microelectronics products. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. Experience using quantitative data to develop/maintain key metrics and perform meaningful analysis. SAP experience. Active TS/SCI Security clearance. Salary and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $162,300.00 - $255,000.00. The salary range is a guideline; offers consider factors such as role scope, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses where applicable. Long-term incentives may be offered for VP/Director levels.
