Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' Global Supply Chain organization is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals as a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3, to lead the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. The selected individual will be the primary GSC interface for the Long Range Air Defense & Bio-Detection Programs Operating Unit as part of the Land & Maritime Sensors Business Unit (LMS) within the Maritime/Land Systems & Sensors (MLSS) Division and will lead all local GSC personnel in the delivery of the highest levels of program strategy and execution. Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material and services content for a Program or collection of projects within a Program. Acts as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for GSC duties and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met. Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management or Master’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management 5+ years of team lead and or management of people Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience Experience with Federal and Defense contracting requirements, including ITAR and FAR/DFARS Preferred Qualifications
