We’re looking for a Business Sourcer to join the People Team supporting our Sales, GTM, and other Business/Corporate hiring needs! This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity based in either our Santa Monica, CA or New York, NY office.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, team needs, and how positions fit into the broader organization.

Own top of funnel from initial sourcing through onsite interviews, partnering closely with recruiters to ensure every candidate is thoroughly managed and supported through close.

Research and map talent pools, building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.

Engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, CRM, referrals, events, etc.).

Collaborate with team members to share market insights, sourcing best practices, and candidate feedback.

Help ensure a positive candidate experience through thoughtful outreach and communication.

Track and report sourcing activity using metrics to inform efficient and scalable processes.

Contribute to the growth of Snap by helping fill critical business roles efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience or related field.

Preferred qualifications:

1+ years of experience supporting high volume GTM recruiting.

Experience with Workday ATS.

Experience with GEM.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Familiarity with sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, etc.).

Experience with both high volume and niche sourcing.

Curiosity and creativity in finding talent beyond traditional methods.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

High attention to detail, with reliable follow‑through and sense of urgency.

Benefits & Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): base salary range $107,000‑$161,000 annually.

Zone B: base salary range $102,000‑$153,000 annually.

Zone C: base salary range $91,000‑$137,000 annually.
