Supervise the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance support Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at every interaction Coach team members on problem-solving, service recovery, and communication skills Ensure clear, kind, and timely communication across departments Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with promptness and care Be a gracious host, especially during peak periods or special events Maintain the front desk as a welcoming, well-organized area aligned with Chetola’s standards Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, payments, and service issues Monitor room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance Manage nightly closeout procedures and support accounting accuracy Contribute to operational improvements and guest satisfaction tracking Qualifications & Requirements

A positive and grounded leader with a heart for hospitality Skilled at balancing structure with flexibility in a fast-paced setting Excellent communicator who builds trust with guests and team members Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly dependable Calm under pressure, with sound judgment and a can-do attitude Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or guest services in a hospitality setting Prior supervisory or shift lead experience strongly preferred Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and hotel procedures Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred Why CHETOLA
