Senior Estimator
due to advancement and growth. Join a dynamic team with direct influence to mentor & develop 2 talented Jr. PEs. Company offers supportive, collaborative employee-centric culture committed to career development and giving back to the community. This position will lead the Estimating Department ensuring profitability for Public Commercial projects ($5-$8M) - ground-up (70%) & renovation (30%) to include municipal work, hospitals, churches, schools, airports, etc. Responsible for quantity takeoffs, hard bids, overseeing bid documents, addendums, RFIs, design correspondence, providing budgets, and procuring construction drawings. Proficiency in ProCore, Build Connect, and ProEst softwares is ideal. Salary $130k-$150k + $5-7K bonus ( don’t let $ deter you !)
