The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, direction, and successful performance of the government contract. This position ensures compliance with all contractual requirements, provides effective leadership to project staff, and ensures alignment of program deliverables with the customer agency's mission. The PM serves as the primary point of contact (POC) with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for the Government regarding all contract performance matters, resolving all matters related to the Contract. Ensure that all the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are met. Provide Contract Administration and leadership, supervision, and oversight of contract personnel across multiple locations. Develop and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, and performance metrics in alignment with contract requirements. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency regulations, including the Service Contract Act (SCA), HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards. Attend meeting with contracting stakeholders and Corporate Staff Monitor quality control and risk management activities to ensure continuous improvement of services. Prepare and present required reports, briefings, and deliverables to government officials as needed. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery. Support financial management as listed in the Project Manager Statement of Work (SOW) Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment consistent with WJM’s core values. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Services Administration, Healthcare Resources Administration, Marketing, or related field that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the requirements of the Contract Preference: Master's, Degree, and Project Management Certification. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-disciplinary, multi-site healthcare staffing services and government contracts, Have a working knowledge and understanding of government healthcare contracting. Demonstrated experience managing a workforce of 200 or more employees. Strong knowledge of federal contracting regulations and compliance frameworks. The ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Be able to start immediately.
