Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role but not required.

Proven leadership and team management skills with a commitment to coaching and development.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adept at handling unexpected situations with composure.

Proficiency in computer skills and hotel management software, including point-of-sale systems.

Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.

Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.

Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Previous experience in upselling and revenue generation is a plus.

Lead and motivate a team of Front Desk Agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, maximizing guest satisfaction and minimizing wait times.

Train and develop Front Desk Agents, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Delegate and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring smooth team operations and workload distribution.

Monitor and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues and de-escalating situations as needed.

Manage room assignments and inventory, optimizing occupancy rates and ensuring accurate room availability.

Promote and upsell hotel rooms and amenities confidently, exceeding revenue targets through persuasive communication.

Maintain a professional appearance, reflecting the hotel\'s brand and setting a positive tone for guest interactions.

Compensation Salary: $20 - $22 per hour
