Delivery Consultant - Security
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives. The consultant will partner with customers to drive success through best practices, architecture, and project management.
Responsibilities
Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
3+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on cloud services such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, or others.
3+ years of experience in application security frameworks, identity and access controls, incident response, mobile security, cloud computing and security, AI security, threat intelligence, and penetration testing.
1+ years of automating security operations including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments, automating security assessments and remediation workflows, and implementing security policies as code.
1+ years in advanced incident response to lead response efforts, including detection, analysis, and managing eradication processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and building applications using AWS services such as Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, and Kubernetes.
Experience in automation through DevOps scripting (e.g., shell, python, ruby, PowerShell).
Experience with compliance & security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST.
AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) preferred.
Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions (e.g., WAF, IPS, Anti‑DDOS, SIEM).

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay ranges from $118,200/year in the lowest market to $204,300/year in the highest market.
