Overview Are you an
experienced project manager or similar
who thrives in a fast-paced
manufacturing and fabrication
setting? We’re partnering with a well‑established
industrial OEM
that supports complex projects across oil & gas, drilling, wireline, subsea, and energy infrastructure. This team delivers precision‑engineered products that play a critical role in global energy operations — and they’re looking for a PM who can own delivery from order intake through shipment.
What You’ll Do
Oversee projects from quote acceptance to final delivery within a
shop‑based manufacturing
environment.
Manage timelines, budgets, and client communications while coordinating with
engineering, supply chain, and fabrication teams .
Track material flow, production schedules, and documentation through ERP/MRP systems.
Lead weekly production and customer status meetings; identify and mitigate risks to delivery.
Collaborate closely with welders, machinists, quality, and operations to ensure parts meet spec and schedule.
Drive continuous improvement around scheduling, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
2-6 years of project management experience
in manufacturing or fabrication
(OEM, machining, welding, repair, or assembly).
Proven ability to manage multiple orders/projects with technical complexity.
Understanding of shop processes — machining, welding, inspection, QA/QC, etc.
Experience using ERP/MRP tools (SAP, Oracle, JobBOSS, or similar).
Strong communication and organization skills; capable of managing both customers and internal teams.
Engineering or technical background preferred, but not required if you have deep manufacturing PM experience.
