What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own the planning, integration, and governance of the brand calendar across various teams
Partner closely with multiple departments to ensure initiatives are aligned and delivered on time
Establish frameworks, timelines, and tools for enhanced visibility and collaboration
Align brand initiatives with inventory management and planning cycles for product availability
Act as the central point of contact for calendar-related updates, changes, and conflicts
What is Required (Qualifications)
5–7 years of experience in merchandising operations, inventory management, project management, or marketing operations
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory planning, and marketing workflows
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar)
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with brand calendar integration or campaign planning
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with comfort engaging senior leadership
Mindset as an analytical thinker with a process-oriented approach
