Project Manager – Aviation Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple aviation capital projects at international airports.

Responsibilities

Manage implementation of concurrent airside and landside aviation capital projects at international airport facilities.

Provide direction on projects from design development through construction.

Act as primary representative, establish standards for minutes, records, and ensure quality standards.

Coordinate with airport divisions, federal and state regulatory agencies, and utility companies.

Apply project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, construction manager at risk).

Oversee quality control of administration procedures, design, and construction processes.

Manage submittals, shop drawings, and information requests.

Prepare comprehensive Project Management Plans, track budgets, contracts, billing, and schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety and contractor oversight.

Conduct project closeout administration.

Develop positive relationships with clients, contractors, and officials.

Promote Accura core values and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

8-10 years of experience, including aviation engineering experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Knowledge of FAA funding, guidelines, advisory circulars, pavement design software, and airport construction safety plans.

Experience designing and managing aviation projects and developing plans, specifications, and estimates for airport agencies.

Superior knowledge of FAA Airport Circulars and airport project management.

Collaborative team player, excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
