Residential Manager
for our residential homes in Groveland and Haverhill. We push ourselves to offer our Residents, adults with disabilities, the absolute best residential services in the area. Whether it is a hobby, a long-sought dream, a goal in life, or something they’ve always wanted to try, we’ll help make it a reality. From cooking to traveling or surfing to relaxing, we’ve got it covered! What does a Residential Manager do?
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program. Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality care. Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues. Create and manage Colleague schedules. Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents. 2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home. 1+ years of previous management experience. Valid State driver’s license and the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required). Flexible work hours required based on program needs. Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting. Bachelor’s degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicated competence). Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home. 1+ years of previous management experience. Valid State driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required). Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting. Bachelor’s degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicated competence). Benefits
