We are seeking an energetic Developmental Specialist that can create WOW! Magic for our Guests with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities. As an American Training Developmental Specialist, you will positively impact the lives of our Guests in our Andover Day Program. Schedule
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Responsibilities
Work cohesively with team members to establish individual goals based off each Guest's interests. Create and facilitate activities which promote the goals, needs, and desires of each Guest. Maintains a regular caseload ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Qualifications
At least one year experience working with similar population. Ability to demonstrate a sense of empathy, patience, and compassion. Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting. Valid State driver's license (required). Benefits
