Join Our Team in Nashville, TN. PRS Auto is hiring a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations at the CSX rail terminal in Nashville. You will oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. Location: 600 Veritas St., Nashville, TN 37211 Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading Lead a team, assign duties, and manage staffing levels Monitor team performance and productivity Ensure safety standards are followed Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations Requirements
Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug test Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication and leadership skills Supervisory experience preferred but not required Benefits
