They are seeking a Senior Manager of Project Finance to lead full-cycle financing for utility-scale solar and storage projects including execution of tax equity, construction debt, and back-leverage transactions. Responsibilities
Lead high-impact financing transactions — take ownership of marketing, negotiation, due diligence, documentation, and closing processes for both debt and tax credit monetization deals while collaborating with lenders, investors, counsel, and internal experts. Drive complex financial modeling and analysis — build and manage detailed project models to evaluate performance and present insights directly to senior leadership. Interface cross-functionally with Development, Markets, Engineering, and Procurement teams to shape early-stage project and financing strategies. Manage and guide junior team members while building relationships across internal teams and external financing partners. Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance and/or tax equity, ideally within utility-scale solar or storage projects. Deep understanding of tax credit monetization and financing structures, including partnership flips, hybrid tax equity, preferred equity, and ITC/PTC transfers. Strong financial modeling expertise, with advanced Excel skills (including VBA/macros) and the ability to structure and analyze complex project finance models. Proven ability to lead external relationships, serving as the main point of contact with lenders, investors, consultants, and counsel throughout financing processes.
