Responsibilities
Ensure JP Cullen policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed within our Quality Management System
Adhere to GMPs and meet all owner safety requirements while actively working onsite
Maintain a positive work atmosphere
Lead planning and monitor safety, execution, schedule, quality, and budgets
Develop and update project schedules and crew duties
Manage crews and subcontractor performance based on safety, attendance, productivity, or workmanship
Lead daily safety meetings, end-of-shift meetings, and write daily reports
Order and schedule deliveries of material, equipment, and tools
Track and update labor and material cost reports
Manage onsite union relations
Provide customer service
Mentor tradespeople, foremen, and engineers for growth
Travel nationwide to support large-scale industrial projects
Qualifications
Completion of a trade apprenticeship or a four-year bachelor’s degree related to construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
At least five years of foreman or assistant superintendent experience with planning and executing construction
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience leading operations in carpentry, concrete, steel, rigging, or installation of industrial equipment
Willingness to travel nationwide for projects with varying durations
Compensation & Benefits JP Cullen offers competitive Salary and industry-leading Bonus Program, per diem paid weekly while working out of state, weekly incentive pay, PTO, Holiday Pay, Employee Assistance Program, company vehicle, and training. For employees not in a collective bargaining agreement, benefits include health, life, and dental insurance and profit sharing.
