A manufacturer of corrugated packaging products is seeking a new Plant Manager to lead its Greater Cincinnati, Ohio site. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in operational strategy, team development, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Direct all plant functions including production, safety, quality control, and workforce management Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards Oversee quality assurance systems, address customer concerns, and implement corrective actions Lead and mentor department heads, support succession planning, and foster a collaborative work environment Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and preventive maintenance programs Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with business goals Manage budgets, control costs, and recommend capital investments for equipment and infrastructure Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years in a senior manufacturing or operations leadership role Experience in paperboard converting or similar manufacturing environments preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Additional Details
