Plant Manager – Chouteau, OK (Onsite) Summary We are seeking a
Plant Manager
to lead operations for a growing
paper packaging manufacturer
in the Pryor, Oklahoma area. This position plays a key role in scaling operations, implementing new technologies, and driving process improvements to meet production and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of plant operations including safety, quality, production, and profitability.
Ensure a comprehensive safety program is in place and that all team members follow proper procedures.
Oversee financial performance, including cost control, budgets, and P&L management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement operational optimization projects.
Foster a positive, employee-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Ensure adequate resources, tools, and training are available to meet safety and operational goals.
Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
Minimum of 1–3 years in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the paper packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of corrugated converting equipment (FFG, RDC, SFG, Fosber).
Proven success in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma environments (certification preferred).
Experience using SAP or major ERP systems.
