Overview
The Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement Coordinator will provide crucial administrative and program support for Milton Academy’s annual giving (the Milton Fund) and engagement initiatives that are central to advancing the school’s strategic mission. The coordinator will play a key role in supporting a broad range of giving and engagement programs, and will collaborate closely with colleagues to execute ongoing and special initiatives including but not limited to multi-channel engagement communications (email, social media, direct mail), Milton Fund donor stewardship and cultivation campaigns, alumni volunteer committees and councils, as well as donor and engagement reports and metric tracking.
Responsibilities
Support a broad range of giving and engagement programs, including multi-channel engagement communications (email, social media, direct mail), Milton Fund donor stewardship and cultivation campaigns, alumni volunteer committees and councils, and donor and engagement reports and metric tracking.
Collaborate with colleagues to execute ongoing and special initiatives and provide administrative support for alumni volunteer programs, events, and fundraising campaigns (e.g., Reunion and Giving Day).
Help create multi-channel communications, support stewardship efforts, collaborate with student volunteers, and provide administrative support for alumni volunteer programs, events, and fundraising campaigns.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic and detail-oriented coordinator, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in communications, annual giving, and alumni and student engagement.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; ability to work with the Development and Alumni Relations team.
