Overview

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research and Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. The Future Talent Program within our Company's Data, AI, and Genome Sciences (DAGS) Department is offering Co-op opportunities that last a period of 6 months. We have 1 position at the Cambridge, MA location. These projects are designed to enable students to further develop their skills and to evaluate if we are the right company for their long-term goals. We are seeking highly motivated and talented students with computational skills and experience. Projects

The projects will be in one of the following areas: Genome Sciences (1 position, On Site in Cambridge MA) : Evaluation of leading edge cellular and genomics technologies including single cell CRISPR-sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. Application of cellular and genomic technologies towards the functional validation of targets and pathways. Analysis of sequencing datasets (e.g. Spatial Transcriptomics) with state-of-the-art methods to better understand disease biology and support target candidate evaluation. Required Education and Skills

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree program in Biological Sciences or a related field of study. Students enrolled in graduate programs (MS or PhD) are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be available to work full-time for 6 months in 2026. Candidates must have excellent academic achievement and analytical ability. Candidates must have demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills and Experience

Candidates should have interest/experience in ANY of the fields of molecular biology, immunology, oncology, cell biology, neuroscience, or bioinformatics. For these computational projects, specific skill sets should include one or more of the following: experience with R or Python programming languages, analysis of bulk or single cell datasets. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\'s relevant skills, experience, and education.
