Work Schedule:

Flexible/hybrid – 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations (Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME) and 2 remote days.

Overview The Product Manager will serve as the principal liaison between operational supply chain teams (warehouse operations, demand management, procurement, logistics), technology development teams and the supply chain analytics team (supply chain engineers, data scientists, and business analysts). This role owns the full life cycle product strategy, from concept and development to deployment and execution for supply chain, and drives step‑change improvements in operations. The leader drives product and feature developments that empower automated decisions with data science and machine learning to improve operational performance. They manage all communications with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership regarding the product portfolio and possess a solid understanding of agile software development practices and data science/ML practices.

Essential Job Functions

Lead strategic product direction and prioritize development efforts for the long‑term roadmap.

Lead the evolution of supply chain analytics from ad‑hoc reporting and dashboarding to a product‑focused development team.

Partner with cross‑functional teams of business and technical roles through the product lifecycle.

Vet scope, requirements, use case/user scenario, test case documents and design specifications in partnership with UX, product managers, QA and design.

Develop metrics to measure success of program features, analyze results and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.

Collaboratively translate SC analytics proof‑of‑concepts into scalable products through IT partnerships.

Support overall IT relationships, budgeting process, prioritization and resource allocation in collaboration with IT leads.

Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values.

Qualifications

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis until the end of their appointment.

Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or Information Systems; MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or similar discipline preferred.

3‑6 years relevant experience.

Analytics, product management or software development experience.

Relevant skills at exemplary, high‑performing level of competency.

Experience in supply chain operations including procurement, demand management, warehouse operations and logistics.

Strong knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence), analytical techniques and analytics tools (SQL, PowerBI, Python, Microsoft Azure).
