Citi This key Program Management role will lead a key execution component of a critical program focused on Adjustment Reduction and Data Automation, directly tied to key regulatory concerns. This high-impact role requires a seasoned program management professional with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory projects and driving transformational change within large organizations. The role will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of the program, including stakeholder management, execution, reporting. This role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal audit, central Transformation teams and senior leadership across Data, Technology, and second and third lines of defense. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for the Adjustment Reduction and Data Automation program. Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership in Data, Technology, and second and third lines of defense. Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues. Regulatory Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal audit. Manage regulatory exams and audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Program Execution: Oversee the execution of all program workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. Transformation Management: Collaborate with central transformation teams to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with broader organizational initiatives. Reporting and Communication: Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports on program status, progress, and key metrics. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Technology, Finance, or related field). Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex regulatory projects. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks within the financial services industry. Extensive experience managing relationships with internal audit and regulatory bodies. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams. Experience working with senior leadership in a matrixed organization. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data automation, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives. Familiarity with Citi's internal systems and policies. PMP or other relevant program management certification.
