Senior Reporting Analyst (Remote) role at Inspira Financial. We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our high-impact Data Science & Analytics team. This role plays a critical part in converting complex data into meaningful insights through advanced reporting, visualization, and business intelligence. Reporting to the Manager, Reporting & Analytics, the Senior Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing and delivering insightful, scalable reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a bridge between technical data operations and business strategy, leveraging expertise in data extraction, report development, and stakeholder engagement. In addition, the role will be at the forefront of our semantic layer exploration, helping to shape how we structure and access data for long-term scalability and usability. Remote roles can sit in any of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WV. Remote status and role locations are subject to change. Relocation is not provided. Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex business reports and dashboards Collaborate cross-functionally to meet reporting needs Design and manage a centralized report repository Translate business needs into technical reporting requirements Monitor and improve data quality Educate internal stakeholders on report interpretation and usage Designing and maintaining semantic models to support scalable and reusable reporting solutions Defining relationships, hierarchies, and calculated measures to enable intuitive data exploration Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure semantic layers align with business logic and terminology Perform data validation and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision making Develop and maintain reporting documentation and process guides Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and user experience Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s Degree (preferred fields: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) Strong SQL and python skills Experience with Snowflake Warehouses, Tableau, Looker Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure Dev Ops) Utilized Git for version control and collaborative development of reporting assets, including SQL scripts, dashboard configurations, and data transformation workflows, ensuring traceability, and code integrity Pay Range
$68,000-$84,000 per year Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
