Our goal is to make our services more accessible to those in need, including rural areas, through telehealth consultations, ensuring privacy, security, and convenience. About the job: Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications as necessary, and provide direct patient care. Deliver care in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Operate independently without affiliation to hospitals or clinics, practicing in the best interest of the patient. Work within growing teams of therapists and prescribers, meeting potential team members during onboarding. Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss cases and clinical topics. Work remotely with flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attend virtual clinical team meetings and conferences, with attendance requirements during the first 90 days and monthly thereafter. Job Requirements: Hold a valid PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states. Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team. Proficient in computer and basic technology skills. Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology, with familiarity in non-pharmacological treatments. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Hourly salary range:
$70—$100 USD . Additional Details:
